5-Week Fashion & Sewing Course for Teens

Learn to read commercial patterns, sew & create your own clothing

Are you a budding designer or simply curious about how clothes are made? This fun and hands-on 5-week fashion course introduces teenagers to the exciting world of sewing, garment construction, and pattern use. No experience needed — just creativity and enthusiasm!

Course Overview

Over five weeks, students will explore the fundamentals of garment construction while completing their own wearable project. Guided by an experienced instructor, participants will learn to read and use a commercial sewing pattern, operate a sewing machine safely, and bring their design ideas to life. The course is flexible so if you already have done some of the components you can skip on the next bit!
